At what point do you get the error - on installation, setup or actually running the link? Do you have fancy URLs turned on? For instance, if you've got a health blog you could put a link in there for a colon cleanse, then just rotate the offers in the link until you found the one that converted best. This way you can keep the blog generic enough (ie don't mention specific products, but stay tightly targeted on your niche) that you can send them to any offer.
